The cause of death was not disclosed, but Weston’s stepmother Amy Gosa said the child was fighting “health problems,” including diabetes.
“He wasn’t breathing, we tried CPR and called an ambulance,” Amy wrote, adding that the family tried to wake Weston at 7 a.m.
“We are completely heartbroken and in shock. It was so unexpected,” she continued.
“Rest in peace, my baby Weston. I love you forever, precious. I will never understand why life has to be so cruel. You will always be my baby,” wrote the child’s mother.

According to TMZ, she lost custody of both children after being arrested in 2024 for failing to pay child support, TMZ reports.
