The star of “Baywatch” Nicole Eggert, 52 years old, took to Instagram this Thursday to share a powerful video where she appears shaving her head amid her battle against breast cancer.

In the caption, she quoted psychotherapist Madeleine Eames, writing: “Perhaps healing involves not so much changing ourselves, but allowing us to be who we are”.
The clip shows the actress sitting using a machine to shave her hair.

At one point, one of her daughters intervened to help shave the sides of her head. Eggert is a mother of two children, Keegan, 12 years old, and Dilyn, 25.
In the end, Eggert let out a relieved sigh and smiled.
The actress received love and support from fans and friends, like actress Alyssa Milano commenting: “Grace. You have the greatest grace. It’s inspiring and I appreciate you.”
