Now 36 years old, Tylor Chase caught fans’ attention after being spotted on the streets of Los Angeles wearing worn-out clothes, looking very thin and unkempt.
The actor became known for his role in “Ned’s Declassified School Survival Guide” as the character Martin Qwerly.
Lalli started a fundraising campaign to help the actor stabilize with housing and buy essential items like clothes and food. However, Tylor Chase’s mother reportedly asked her not to continue the campaign.
“I appreciate your effort. But the money wouldn’t benefit him. I’ve bought several cell phones for him, but he loses them in a day or two,” she allegedly said, according to the influencer’s profile.
Lalli then stopped the campaign when it had raised $1,207, which was used to buy clothes that Tylor Chase personally picked out, along with water for a street shower and food.
The actor was touched by the support he received from so many people.

Some fans said the actor had mentioned struggling with bipolar disorder, which reportedly led him to substance use, worsening his financial situation and eventually leaving him homeless.
