Tammy Slaton, who became famous after appearing on the reality show 1000-lb Sisters on the TLC channel, revealed that she now weighs only 127 kg after losing 200 kg since the beginning of her weight loss journey.

“I think the last time I weighed 127 kg, I was in fourth or fifth grade,” she shared in a video posted on the TLC channel’s Instagram, where Tammy is seen stepping onto a scale.

She added that she now weighs less than her older brother, Chris Combs. “Chris said he weighs 128 kg. I now weigh a little less than Chris. That’s crazy. I’m the youngest sister, but I’m not the ‘bigger’ younger sister anymore,” Slaton continued.

The TLC star has been documenting her weight loss journey on the reality show since 2020, when she weighed about 328 kg. In two years, Slaton lost 90 kg after doctors told her she would need to lose some weight to qualify for bariatric surgery.

After undergoing the procedure in 2022, Slaton shared that she lost about 136 kg the following year, and by April 2024, she had lost nearly 200 kg since the start of her weight loss journey.
