On Monday’s (13) episode of The View, the show’s hosts commented on Trump’s post in which he portrays himself as Jesus in an AI-generated image. Sunny Hostin strongly criticized the image.

“I think our founding fathers got a lot of things right, and the 25th Amendment is there for a reason. No one who holds this office, which is possibly the most powerful in the world, does things like this,” said Sunny Hostin.

The 25th Amendment provides for the removal of a president if they are deemed unfit for office.

The image shows Donald Trump as if he were Jesus Christ healing a sick person, with the U.S. flag in the background along with several military jets.

Even after displaying the image on the show’s big screen, Whoopi Goldberg asked production to remove it.

Alyssa Farah Griffin, a former Trump White House staffer, made strong criticisms of the president.

“In the Christian faith, this is considered blasphemy, portraying yourself as Christ, elevating yourself to the level of Christ,” said Griffin, noting that MAGA supporters also asked Trump to delete the image.

Whoopi Goldberg made an appeal to the public to remove Trump and his supporters from their positions in government.

“You know who he is. Let’s not fool ourselves. We know who he is, we know what he stands for, and we know what he thinks you believe,” she stated.
