After the death of paranormal investigator from the New England Society for Psychic Research (NESPR), Dan Rivera, the Annabelle doll disappeared during a tour in the U.S.
Rivera was traveling with the supposedly “possessed” doll on the Devil’s on the Run tour. He mysteriously died at age 54 on Sunday (13).
He was a U.S. Army veteran and a well-known paranormal investigator in the community. He even appeared on the popular Travel Channel show, “Most Haunted Places.”
According to the coroner in Adams County, where Rivera passed away, there was no Annabelle doll in the hotel room.

He also added that an official investigation is underway into the circumstances of the death, with the exact cause yet to be confirmed.
Annabelle is a Raggedy Ann doll believed to be haunted. She was kept inside a cage, although many claim she escapes confinement on her own to spread terror.
The doll inspired the “The Conjuring” film series, based on accounts from paranormal investigators Ed and Lorraine Warren, as well as the origin movie about the toy itself, “Annabelle.”
