Although the idea generated excitement among fans of the series, the poster is fake, and there is no official confirmation about the production of the film. However, Vince Gilligan, the creator of the series, previously expressed his hesitation to overly extend the Breaking Bad universe but also didn’t completely rule out the possibility of future projects.
Meanwhile, producer Peter Gould has indicated that there are ideas and scenes yet unexplored that could potentially be developed within the series’ universe. Bryan Cranston, the actor who portrayed Heisenberg, has made some appearances post the series’ end, keeping the fans’ interest alive.
However, there are no concrete plans as of now to further expand the main storyline. While the desire to explore additional characters and stories still exists, the creators seem cautious in not diluting the quality of the Breaking Bad legacy.
Meanwhile, fans eagerly await any official announcement that may confirm or deny the existence of a future project related to the series.
