During an interview with a British newspaper, Pierce Brosnan lost his patience and refused to answer a question about James Bond, a character the actor portrayed in four films.
When asked by The Times whether he thought the famous spy liked Christmas, Brosnan, 72, was emphatic in his reply: “Of course he would like Christmas!” he said.
But when asked whether Bond would not do everything possible to avoid the holiday season, given his introspective and obviously mysterious personality, the actor made it more than clear that he was not willing to continue talking about the character.

“I really don’t want to answer the question, and I’m not going to answer it,” he said. “Because I don’t care at all! Why would I waste my time thinking about where James Bond would be at Christmas?”
“I know where Pierce Brosnan will spend Christmas!” he continued. “At home with my wife, in my little island retreat in Hawaii!”
Brosnan, who played 007 in “GoldenEye” (1995), “Tomorrow Never Dies” (1997), “The World Is Not Enough” (1999), and “Die Another Day” (2002), also revealed that he has never watched the spy films with his children.
“I’ve never watched the Bond films with my children. I don’t know why. They’re put away,” he said.
Later in the interview, Brosnan apologized to the journalist for not wanting to talk about the famous character: “I’m sorry I can’t help you with James Bond,” he said. “It’s something that will continue until the day is over.”
