“What a 24 hours! Thank you so much for all the messages, love and support. I just wanted you to know that I am fine,” she wrote.
“I had a fall during training and landed on my back. It was scary, there were some tears, but the medical team and hospital were incredible. I had X-rays, was discharged, and today I’m doing some physiotherapy. Tomorrow I’ll be back on the dance floor, ready to sparkle in the new series,” she added.
The dancer also highlighted the importance of the support she received from her family, the Strictly Come Dancing production team, and the fans who sent kind messages.

The new season of Strictly Come Dancing premieres next month and, despite the scare, Nadiya assured that she will be ready to perform.
