Teri Hatcher, 59, known for her roles in Desperate Housewives and Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman, revealed she was expelled from a dating app.

“I used all of them [dating apps], including the latest one. I used Hinge. You know, I thought, ‘I’ll express to the universe that I’m open and vulnerable, opening myself up to the world’,” she said during an appearance on the program Getting Grilled with Curtis Stone.

“That’s what I thought represented the gesture of joining Hinge. But then I got expelled,” She said her profile was reported after they thought it was an account trying to impersonate Teri Hatcher.

“I complained, like, ‘Can I get my money back since you kicked me off?’ They apologized, and then I kind of got tired,” the actress explained.

“So I left that. I’m definitely off dating apps and I think if there’s any chance of going out there and meeting someone, that’s how it will be.”

Regarding her love life, she emphasized: “Honestly, I’m happy. I have a full life, a busy life. I have beautiful friends and, you know, it’s all good. I don’t need a man. I have a cat.”
