“Imagine a humanoid educator called ‘Plato.’ Access to classical studies is now instantaneous: literature, science, art, philosophy, mathematics, and history… The entire archive of human knowledge is available from the comfort of your home,” said Melania Trump.
Internet users did not approve the idea of having a robot teaching children.
“So rigid and mechanical, and nowhere near resembling something alive. This robot is quite strange,” one of them commented on X, formerly Twitter.
Other users suggested that funds invested in artificial intelligence projects should be redirected to improve access to healthcare in the U.S.
“This is deeply disturbing,” wrote another.
“They are replacing teachers with humanoids, but tell me again how immigrants are the ones ‘coming to steal your jobs,’” criticized a third.
