In an interview with People, Steenburgen, who currently stars alongside Danson in the second season of “A Man on the Inside”, a Netflix hit, said that her partner prepares her breakfast every day without fail.
“One of the best parts of my daily life is that he makes my coffee every morning,” she told the publication. “And I can never get mad at him about anything, because that simple gesture is the best thing in the world.”
“To be honest, it is my most masculine side,” Danson joked. “I go out hunting for coffee.”
Danson, 77, and Steenburgen, 72, started dating after working together on “Pontiac Moon”, the 1994 film, and they married the following year.
“He knows my pettiest, most insignificant and ugliest parts. And he knows my highest, deepest and most inspiring parts, and somehow he loves all of it,” Steenburgen said about her husband.
“The only time we argue or get mad at each other is when I’m wrong,” Danson commented. “Because she points out something that disappointed, irritated or hurt her, and I simply refuse to be that person. So I argue and resist until I finally say, ‘Yeah, yeah, that’s me’.”
