In the conversation, she mentioned that she follows an “80/20” approach, which is about balancing a little fun with a healthy workout and diet routine. “You have to live your life. No restrictions,” Aniston explained.
“80 percent of life should be healthy, and the remaining 20 percent is: go out and have a martini, eat your pizza and burgers, and stay up late with your friends. There’s a balance,” she reflected.
When it comes to her workout routine, she revealed: “I work out at least four times a week. If I’m working, I can only train two or three times, but as long as I do it, that’s what matters.”

“Strength training is the most important for women in their 50s. If you lose muscle, your bones become fragile — osteoporosis. We fall, break a hip, and that’s it,” she continued.
But beyond physical health, she mentioned that she also tries to spend time nurturing her mental health. “We need to love our bodies. It’s doing its best. It’s been with us since we started, so we can’t be too hard on it.”
