“One day my sister said to me, ‘I don’t see my sister anymore.’ And I canceled the tour,” said the “Bad Romance” star. “One day I went to the hospital to receive psychiatric care,” she said.
“I needed a break. I couldn’t do anything… I just collapsed. It was really scary. There was a moment when I thought I wouldn’t get better,” she revealed.
Gaga says she received the psychological help she needed and was feeling better. Around the same time, “A Star Is Born” received eight Oscar nominations in 2019. The singer also won the award for Best Original Song for “Shallow”.
