Kathy Griffin, 64, admitted she is “very vain” after undergoing her third facelift to further reduce the effects of aging.
The comedian spoke about the most recent procedure during last week’s episode of her podcast Talk Your Head Off. The facelift was performed by Beverly Hills celebrity plastic surgeon Dr. Ben Talei.
“This is my third [facelift]. I know it’s a lot of vanity! I’m so vain for no reason. No one ever went to a Kathy Griffin show to see my beautiful young face,” she joked while sharing the news with viewers.
“You come to hear my jokes, which is what I want. I don’t want you to come and care about my appearance. I’m in my Lululemons today, for God’s sake. I’m wearing my baggy pants.”

She also revealed that her most recent plastic surgery included a blepharoplasty, which involved placing a “cat eye point” to lift the corners of her eyes.
Additionally, although she didn’t mention a specific procedure, Griffin said she also did something to her chin. “There’s a point on my chin that you probably won’t see unless you’re under me, but not like that.”
She also vented about the pain and added that after surgery, she went to a “recovery center for rich women,” and then was sent home with a nurse, describing the first days after the procedure as “disgusting.”
