Kaley Cuoco has always spoken openly about the cosmetic procedures she has undergone, such as a rhinoplasty and breast surgery, and recently she recalled the first time she used Botox and revealed how the application affected her acting in “The Big Bang Theory”.

The actress was honest while describing how she felt after her first experience with the injectable substance used to relax muscles and smooth expression lines.

During a recent appearance on Amanda Hirsch’s podcast Not Skinny but Not Fat, Cuoco, 40, admitted that the result was not what she expected.

According to her account, in the week she had the Botox applied, she was filming a sitcom scene that required a lot of facial expression, but it was a challenge since “nothing moved.”

“There’s a scene where I have to do something with my face and I couldn’t move,” Cuoco recalled. “The fact that no one said anything, they were probably thinking it, I couldn’t believe how bad it looked.”

“I was literally delivering these jokes and nothing moved. My forehead didn’t move and it looked like I was trying to move it.”

For Cuoco, it served as a warning and she decided to take it slower with cosmetic procedures: “That’s when I thought, ‘Wow. Let’s take it easy, let’s hold back,’” she explained. “So I held back and now I don’t do anything on my forehead anymore.”

Even so, the actress made it clear that she “loves a little Botox” and usually gets applications around her eyes and on her neck.
