Kai Trump is the daughter of Donald Trump Jr. and Vanessa Trump. She is currently in her final year at The Benjamin School in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, and is scheduled to play golf for the University of Miami later in 2026.
Despite her entire family being involved in politics, the 18-year-old said she tries not to get involved with the subject in any way.
“I would never run… I want nothing to do with politics because I feel that politics is something very dangerous. I think if both sides met in the middle, everyone would be much happier,” Kai Trump told Paul, to his surprise.

The young woman said there are many extremists and that social media causes feeds to be filled with both radical left-wing and radical right-wing extremists.
“There aren’t many things on social media where you truly stay in the middle; I think that drives some people crazy, and some buy into it too much. I think that’s the best way to put it,” she concluded.
Many praised the young woman’s stance. “Kai Trump seems thoughtful and mature here, a smart decision to remain politically neutral at this age,” one wrote.
