In a recent interview with a German magazine, the supermodel said that for her, having ADHD is one of her greatest qualities.

In an interview with Glamour Germany, celebrating the publication’s 25th anniversary, Heidi Klum spoke openly about having ADHD, which for her is actually one of her greatest qualities.

When asked if there was something about her that her fans did not know, the supermodel talked about her diagnosis of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, a relatively common condition that affects the ability to concentrate and stay organized and makes it harder to regulate impulsivity.

According to Klum, the condition does not get in her way — it actually helps: “I see ADHD as something positive because it allows me to do more things at the same time. It’s my superpower,” she said, according to a report by People magazine.

“Maybe it’s instinct — or just my own idea. I’m very hyperactive because of my ADHD. I can do a thousand different things at the same time. I work on several projects simultaneously and keep taking on more,” the model said.

Last year, 52-year-old Heidi Klum returned as host and judge of the 21st season of “Project Runway”. She also continues producing and serving as a judge on “Germany’s Next Topmodel” and “America’s Got Talent”.
