According to the New York Post, the criminals tried to sneakily grab her phone, but Genevieve Chenneour noticed and fought back.

The actress stated that authorities released Boulares’ accomplice due to lack of evidence.
London Metropolitan Police identified Boulares in the café’s security footage. He will receive his sentence on June 17th.
