During Iran’s retaliatory attack on Israel, Fox News’ Chief Foreign Correspondent Trey Yingst was forced to take cover with his team during the bombing that occurred on June 13.
Yingst was reporting from a balcony, giving updates on the escalating conflict between Iran and Israel, when the Israeli defense system was activated to intercept Iranian missiles. The reporter immediately ran to safety.
“There’s a huge number of missiles coming into Tel Aviv right now,” reported the correspondent. Israeli missiles can be seen launching into the sky in an attempt to stop the attack from reaching the Israeli capital.
When one of the missiles hits its target, Yingst shouts to his crew to leave the rooftop. “Time to go! Stay with us, grab the gear, and let’s go,” the desperate reporter says.
“Everyone move, now!”

In an interview with the New York Times, an Israeli military official stated that seven sites were hit, though the number of casualties has yet to be confirmed.
In a recent video posted to his profile on X, Yingst reported on a new wave of Iranian missile attacks, which were mostly intercepted.
The reporter said that some missiles struck residential areas, killing at least 8 people and injuring more than 100.
The Iranian attacks came in response to Israeli bombings that killed government officials, scientists, and civilians, as well as targeting nuclear facilities such as Natanz and other military sites in Iran.
