In a video that touched her followers, Ellen DeGeneres showed her dogs playing in the sunny living room of their home in the Cotswolds.
“They finally get it. We’ve all been sad since we lost Augie,” DeGeneres wrote in the caption, referring to the couple’s rescue dog who passed away in May.
“Sport has brought so much joy into the house, and it’s wonderful to see Kid playing again, even though he has a very unique play style,” added the former talk show host.

The video offered a glimpse into Ellen DeGeneres’ living space: an elegant glass table holding coffee table books and candles, set on a geometric rug in shades of gray and white.
Large glass windows revealed the vast greenery surrounding the property.
Ellen DeGeneres, 67, and Portia de Rossi, 52, moved to the United Kingdom in 2024 after leaving the United States following President Trump’s re-election for a second term.
The two own a 43-acre property called Kitesbridge Farm but lived there for only a month before moving into a new, much larger home with more space for Portia’s horses.
