In a post on X, formerly Twitter, Donald Trump Jr. claimed that Whoopi Goldberg swore at the studio audience in 2019 after they “turned on her.”

The former president’s son made the accusation in a reply to host Oli London on the social platform.
London had pointed out a comment from host Joy Behar, who, shortly after a heated exchange with Cheryl Hines, called for more Republicans to join the “Hot Topics” panel.
“I’ve been on The View, and if you want to have some fun, you should go watch that episode,” wrote Donald Trump Jr., referring to his 2019 appearance.
“If you want to have even more fun, you should force ABC to release the footage from the commercial breaks,” he added.
Trump Jr. alleged that Whoopi told the audience to “f*** off” after they turned against her.

Meghan McCain, former co-host of The View who interviewed Donald Trump Jr. at the time, confirmed his account in a separate post.
“He’s right,” said McCain, who left the show in 2021. “It was a full-on Jerry Springer-style show.”
During the episode, McCain confronted Trump Jr. live on air over comments from the Trump camp about families of fallen military members.
Whoopi Goldberg has not commented on the allegations.

It was truly epic watching Whoopie MFing the crowd who turned on her. https://t.co/hie9hy0RiP
