“Each of us had a little locket, literally with a drop of blood inside,” he told the publication. Billy Bob Thornton was married to Angelina Jolie at the time.
“It’s a romantic idea, and that was all it was. But when the story gets out, we’re vampires. We live in a dungeon, we drink each other’s blood, and things like that,” he said.
The couple was together from 2000 to 2003. Despite the separation, Thornton says they ended the relationship on good terms.
“And of course, Angelina [Jolie] and I had a lot of fun together. That was one of the best times of my life,” he told the magazine, adding that the two remain very close friends.
