“As many of you know, I recently went through six weeks of bronchitis, followed by a relapse of another five weeks,” he wrote in a post on Monday (22).
Barry Manilow said that his doctor ordered an MRI to check whether he was free of bronchitis, but instead ended up finding a cancerous spot in the singer’s left lung.
“It’s pure luck (and a great doctor) that this was discovered so early. That’s the good news,” he celebrated.
