Last Tuesday (2), Donald Trump was in a cabinet meeting with Secretary of State Marco Rubio when he was caught seemingly falling asleep.
Now, in footage from a meeting with leaders of Rwanda and the Democratic Republic of the Congo, the US president was once again seen with his eyes closed.
