The former congresswoman from Georgia said that the Make America Great Again movement “was all a lie.” Marjorie Taylor Greene stated that Trump’s presidency was only focused on serving “big, big donors.”
“MAGA is, I think, people are starting to realize, that it was all a lie. It was a big lie to the people,” said Marjorie Taylor Greene on The Kim Iverson Show on Wednesday (28).
The former congresswoman and Trump ally said that he is serving big donors, both from the U.S. and abroad.
“And if they are donating to all these things, those are the people who get special favors, get government contracts, get pardons or someone they love or one of their friends gets a pardon,” she said.
“People always think, ‘Oh, it’s his team.’ They want to blame everyone around him. There may come a time when people have to accept that this is Donald Trump,” she warned.

Marjorie Taylor Greene was once a close ally of the president. She accused Fox News of indoctrinating U.S. citizens.
“I love many of the baby boomers, but they are the most indoctrinated generation because they swallow that crap, like, they swallow it all day long. They get propaganda in little spoonfuls from the TV,” she criticized.
“And then I don’t know how the political-industrial complex is going to continue to indoctrinate Americans, because we just aren’t indoctrinated anymore,” Marjorie Taylor Greene warned.
She resigned from her congressional seat in November 2025.
