Melania Trump said on Wednesday (28) on Fox News’ program “The Five” that Barron Trump is having a different experience compared to what he had during Donald Trump’s first term.
The first lady’s son was 14 years old when Trump left office in 2021 after losing to Joe Biden. Now, Barron, 19, is in his second year at the Stern School of Business at New York University.
“He understands it now. He’s involved. He knows what’s going on in the world,” Melania Trump said.
She said it was her son who suggested the podcasts his father should speak to. “He talks to his father. He talks to me. He was very involved in the campaign.”
“So he was really a very intelligent mind behind it,” the proud mother praised.
The comment comes as she is on the promotional campaign for her documentary, “Melania.” The first lady was also asked about her husband’s dance to the song “YMCA.”
“I like it at certain moments. […] On some days it wasn’t appropriate, and I told him that. But it’s his dance, and I think people love it,” Melania Trump commented.
She also said she has tried dancing like her husband. “It’s different from his,” she said about the way she likes to dance to the Village People song.
