Sacha Baron Cohen shows off his impeccable physique and reveals in the latest issue of Men’s Fitness UK that he used Ozempic to achieve this body.

“Some celebrities use Ozempic, others have personal chefs, others hire personal trainers. I did all three,” he wrote in the magazine.

Sacha Baron Cohen was chosen to play Mephisto, the Marvel villain who appeared in the miniseries “Ironheart.” He mentioned that he had only three weeks to prepare for the role.

Sacha revealed that he followed the Alfonso training method, doing 100 push-ups a day and short workouts with a diet rich in fiber and protein, and low in sugar.

“25-minute workouts that were sustainable. Even during filming, the workouts continued. In the past, I would have thought that hour-long sessions would be necessary,” he said.

The costume team had to spend $5,000 adjusting the costumes because Sacha Baron Cohen’s body had changed so much.

His personal trainer, Alfonso Moretti, praised Sacha’s efforts and said that he “couldn’t be more proud.”
