“Titan: OceanGate Disaster,” Netflix’s new documentary, brings more details about the submersible’s sinking that claimed the lives of all its crew members.

Authorities responsible for the case confirmed that the Titan was destroyed by a “catastrophic implosion” caused by the intense water pressure and material failures, which instantly killed all passengers.
