Jack Veal, known for playing Kid Loki in the Disney series in 2021, shocked fans after revealing he has no place to live.
The young actor, now 17 years old, posted a video on TikTok to explain the situation. “Hello. I’m a famous actor, I’m 17, and I’m homeless,” Veal started in the clip, which has already received over 200,000 views.
“You might know me from Loki, End of the F***ing World, or several other movies where I played important roles. I haven’t talked much about what’s going on in my life, but I think it’s time to reveal the truth.”
Then, he shocked fans by revealing that he decided to leave home to protect his physical and mental integrity. “Without going into too much detail, I suffered abuse at home. It was physical violence, emotional abuse, and so on. I didn’t have a very good upbringing. I have mental health issues. I have autism, ADHD, and I’m being tested for bipolar disorder and psychosis,” added the actor.
“I can’t stay at my grandparents’ house because my grandfather has a terminal illness. I have nowhere to go, and I need help. Social services refuse to help me, despite what I told them. I’m desperate,” he lamented.
“I’ve been sleeping on the streets. Right now, I’m sleeping in a trailer with broken windows, it’s not safe, and it’s two hours away from my job, which means I have difficulty getting to work every day.”
“It’s hard. Life is hard. Right now, I have nothing left. I’m on my knees begging you to share this, do something, spread the message about how the government is treating children.”
Veal then asked people to share his video to help him. “You don’t need to pay me anything, I don’t need anything. I just need you to make this as viral as possible. I will keep posting more things, but please, I need help,” he concluded.
