The production “Beast Games” has become the most-watched unscripted series in Prime Video’s history and had the second-largest launch on Amazon’s streaming platform in 2024, only behind “Fallout”.

According to a report from The Wrap, the series, inspired by “Squid Game”, was watched by over 50 million viewers in the first 25 days and attracted new subscribers to Prime Video.

Created by YouTuber MrBeast, the program gathers 1,000 participants competing for an unprecedented $5 million prize, along with other rewards such as a private island, Lamborghinis, and cash prizes.

The production cost for the reality show was over $100 million.

“Beast Games” will have a total of ten episodes, released weekly on Thursdays on Prime Video. The series was launched on December 19, 2024, with the final scheduled to air on February 13, 2025.
